Reset my Password

In order to reset your password you must enter your South African ID number that was recorded on the system. If you recorded a Passport number instead of a South African ID, then enter that.
You can choose to let the system email or SMS you the temporary password. For security reasons, we will only use the email and/or mobile number that is recorded on our system

Once you have received the SMS or the email with the new login credentials, you must change it on the "Preferences" tab on your member profile.
